The Bituach Leumi National Insurance Institute has announced that due to a malfunction, child allowances will enter the bank's accounts on Tuesday rather than tomorrow.
Accounts will be credited with a value of November 20th. A statement from Bituach Leumi said, "Bituach Leumi regrets the problem and will conduct an examination and draw conclusions so that such a problem will not be repeated."
