Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu spoke today by phone for half an hour with French President Emmanuel Macron at Macron's request.
The French president briefed Netanyahu on the measures he is taking on the crisis in Lebanon. The two leaders also discussed the nuclear deal with Iran, Iran's attempts to establish itself in Syria and its other activities in the region. The leaders decided to speak again in the next few days and meet in Paris at the beginning of next month.
