The Beersheva District Court sentenced 33-year-old Bilal Shaker to life in prison and another 20-year sentence for the rape and murder of 20-year-old Rinat Roas.
Shaker was arrested in 2014, 9 years after the murder of 20-year-old Roas, after a DNA sample revealed his identity.
Jacqueline, Rinat's mother, said "I hope they murder him in jail."
