Parents of severely handicapped children who receive a disability pension from the NII will be able to receive tax breaks directly from their employers without needing to contact Tax offices or present medical documents signed by a doctor, according to a new ordinance signed by Finance Minister Kahlon. Instead they can present the NII disability documents to employers.
The new directive will save parents bureaucratic hurdles in attaining tax breaks.
