Yigal Amir's wife, Larisa Amir-Trembovler, claims that proof has been found that the bullets he shot did not cause the death of former prime minister Yitzhak Rabin.
Amir-Trembovler published on her facebook page a mail received from the Swiss defence team. "We are happy to inform you that we have more than 18 empiric proofs that the bullets which Yigal Amir shot at prime minister Rabin on 4.11.1995 were not those that caused his death," said the announcement.
"Could you ask the youth of your lovely country and its other citizens (besides politicians, journalists, media and television personnel) to cooperate with our investigations and in revealing the truth. Whoever has more proofs please send them to us anonymously," wrote Trembovler.
