A youth who was restricted by administrative order was detained on suspicion of having met with a friend he was not supposed to meet according to the order. The court released the youth without his committing to fulfill the order, despite a police demand that the youth sign to fulfill the order.

Attorney Nati Rom of the Honenu organization, a legal aid organization which offers legal assistance to protect and preserve Israeli citizens rights to receive a fair judicial process, said that "we are happy the court accepted our position and did not enforce the administrative order as a court order. These orders are draconian and anti-democratic.'
