Communications Minister Ayoob Kara has responded to the words of former prime minister Ehud Barak, who said he is ripe to lead the country, by asking "Why exactly is the biggest failure, retreater and embarrassing prime minister who ever was here thinks he is "the most ripe (mature) and capable of leading Israel? Writing on his Twitter account, Kara continued, "Let me guess.
