Tel Aviv car blast dead named

It has been cleared for publication that the man who was murdered Wednesday evening in a car explosion on the Ayalon Highway near the KKL-JNF Interchange is 'Abd al-Hafiz' Arar, a resident of Jaljuliya in his 30s.
