Highway 4, between the Bar Ilan interchange and the Geha interchange, will be blocked to traffic until 5:00 a.m. Thursday morning, due to infrastructure work.
From 2:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. the highway will be closed between the Morasha interchange and the Geha interchange.
