Coalition chairman MK David Bitan (Likud) will not host a program on Tuesday on radio station 103FM, in light of criticism over the program he hosted at the station on Monday.

Bitan had been invited in to fill in for talk show host Natan Zahavi, and had been scheduled to fill in for Zahavi again on Tuesday.

In response to an inquiry into the manner by the Second Authority for Television and Radio, 103FM's program director said that "Bitan filled in temporarily in a one-time appearance... This is not a regular appearance, but a one-time appearance due to Zahavi's absence. In the past, other politicians, national and local, hosted various broadcasts on the station as well. The program has a producer who ensures that the program does not turn into political propaganda."
