The Israel Defense Forces have deployed Iron Dome batteries in the center of the country as part of preparedness for terrorist organizations in Gaza to fire rockets at Israel in response to the recent destruction of a terrorist tunnel and the killing of Islamic Jihad and Hamas terrorists in the Gaza vicinity.
Islamic Jihad has vowed revenge and says Israel won't be able to stop it.
