The Supreme Court has issued a temporary restraining order forbidding the continuation of work in a Palestinian Authority outpost near the PA village of Beit Iksa between Mevasseret Zion and Ramot in Jerusalem.
In addition, Judge Noam Solberg ruled that a panel of three justices would discuss a request by the Regavim movement for preservation of state lands to impose a monetary fine on the builder for contempt of a decision by the court in March forbidding further construction.
