The Netanyahu family issued a statement on Thursday evening in which it criticized journalist Ilana Dayan and her "Uvda" program which aired on Channel 12, and in which the Netanyahu family attorney Jacob Weinroth was interviewed.
"It is regrettable that Ilana Dayan cynically used attorney Weinroth when he is very ill, led him astray and edited the program in a tendentious way meant only to harm Prime Minister Netanyahu and his wife. This is something that is not done among honest people, and it is contrary to all the rules of journalistic and human ethics."
