An Arab was shot and lightly injured at a gas station near the Lower Galilee town of Kafr Manda.
A car with the suspected gunmen fled the scene. The motive of the incident is unclear.
Police summoned to the scene started searches and placed roadblocks in an attempt to locate the car carrying the suspects.
