Knesset legal advisor Eyal Yinon announced to new MK Leah Fadida(Zionist Union) that he would allow her to continue serving voluntarily as the director of the community center association in Yokne'am.
However Arutz Sheva discovered that the information Yinon received about the association was incomplete. Yinon was informed that the community center was not associated with the local council or with other community centers but Yokneam officials stated that Fadida had been appointed to her position by the local council head as part of a political agreement and the council provides most of the community center's funding.
After Arutz Sheva informed the Knesset legal advisor of this information, he responded that he would investigate the matter further.
