The Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria has announced the detailed plan of the Samarian Jewish community of Rechelim, which will enter into full force within 15 days.
This plan allows the construction of permanent structures in place of caravans stationed in the community but does not include expansion of the number of housing units in the community, which was established in the year 1990-91 in the name of Rachela Druck, who was murdered in a shooting attack on the way to a demonstration at Malkhei Yisrael Square.
