A Palestinian Authority resident was arrested on Thursday morning next to the Binyamin region Jewish community of Kochav Yaakov after he tried to escape from the security forces. In a search of his bag, two knives and a Quran were seized. The suspect said under interrogation that he intended to pass the bag to another PA resident in order to carry out an attack.
