A number of roads in the Hadera area have been blocked due to an accident that has resulted in a chlorine spill.
Northbound Highway 4 was blocked from the Haroeh Junction while southbound traffic has been blocked from the Hadera Junction.
Westbound Route 9 was blocked from the Lehavot Haviva Junction.
