Control was gained, Wednesday evening over the malfunction caused that caused the unusual fire in the burnout flare at the Carmel Olefins plant in Haifa Bay.
Public broadcasting reported that the facility was operating normally. The incident was reported to the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
