Man wounded by gunfire on Highway 1

A man suffered moderate-to-serious injuries on Tuesday evening, apparently as a result of gunfire, on Highway 1 near the Shoresh interchange.

United Hatzalah volunteers are treating the victim. The background to the incident is unclear.
