The 112th IDF divers unit completed their diving course with a ceremony at the naval base in Haifa.
The ceremony was attended by General Eli Sharvit, the commander of the navy, as well as other naval commanders and families of the soldiers.
Sharvit said that "few fighters spend their operational time on the costliest weapon in the IDF and few soldiers spend their time many kilometers away from their base, almost totally cut off from the outside world." He added that "many challenges await you but I know we have who to rely on. Dive far, dive deep and come back to port safely."
