French police have arrested nine people and a tenth has been arrested in Switzerland in anti-terror operations.
The detainees range in age from 18 to 65 and were known to police for converting to Islam and undergoing radicalization. The Le Parisien newspaper says an attack on Nice was foiled in the process.
