The government has approved the continuation of the legislative process for a bill which stipulates that the Keren Kayemet Leyisrael (Jewish National Fund) will transfer funds to the state coffers every year to finance national infrastructure projects.
Ministers Uri Ariel and Haim Katz voted against the measure. Minister Ayelet Shaked abstained.
