The Ministry of Defense recently halted an arms deal between two Israeli defense companies and China, which could have led to a serious crisis with the United States, according to Channel 2 Television.
The story began several months ago, when the companies contacted Chinese government officials to sell weapons. A delegation from China even came to Israel for a purposeful display of the products they wanted to export. The cancellation of the deal created tension with the Chinese, with whom the relationship is heating up, but a crisis with the US administration was avoided.
