The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court annulled on Monday an indictment that accused right-wing activist Baruch Marzel of assaulting his Palestinian Authority neighbor Fuaz Abu-Aisha on 1 October 2011.
After the police filed an indictment from the indictment, Abu Aisha did not arrive at three evidentiary hearings in the case, even though he was given summonses and even a subpoena was issued against him. A relative who was a witness in the case, did not arrive at the appointed time.
