US resumes issuing visas to Turkish citizens

The United States embassy in Turkey announced on Monday that it would resume issuing visas to Turkish citizens "on a limited basis."

The embassy stopped issuing visas a month ago, after one of its employees was arrested by the authorities in Ankara.
