Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, who returned to Israel after a short visit to London, addressed the first time this morning the issue of Israel's holding of bodies of Islamic Jihad terrorists killed in the tunnel explosion on the Gaza Strip border.

"The government has two big missions - the first to defend the land and the second to build the land, and we are doing both things together," Netanyahu said during a signing ceremony in Migdal Ha'emek.

"To protect the country, with a simple rule - we attack anyone who tries to attack us, and the second - we do not give free gifts, we will bring our children home, and there are no free gifts."
