The National Labor Court on Sunday evening rejected the appeal filed by Negev Ceramics in an attempt to proceed with the dismissal process of its employees while discussing the future of the plant.
After examining the appeal and reviewing the response submitted by the Histadrut Labor Federation, the President of the Court, Judge Yigal Flitman, rejected Negev Ceramics' appeal without a hearing.
Negev Ceramics is currently holding negotiations, under the guidance of the Regional Labor Court in Be'er Sheva, over the continued operation of the plant.
