The Ministerial Legislative Committee approved the proposal submitted by Shuli Moalem-Refaeli (Jewish Home) stating that publishing ads soliciting prostitution will be a criminal offense.
"These ads ensnare women and minors in distress and we must prevent this," Moalem-Refaeli said.
