The Movement for Governance and Democracy which, together with MK Amir Ohana (Likud), sponsored the bill to reform the procedure to appoint legal advisors in government ministries, welcomed the Ministerial Committee on Legislation's endorsement of the bill.
The movement stated that the reform will improve the professional standards of the legal service as well as the governance of public representatives, allowing ministers to implement the policies they were elected for."
