Court: 'Secret' ISA report to be transferred to defense

The Shabak Israel Security Agency requested the attorneys of a youth accused of "Price Tag" nationalistic vandalism activities to sign a secrecy clause as a condition for receiving the ISA report regarding the incident. However the Supreme Court dismissed the ISA's demand and required it to transfer the report to the boy's defense lawyers.
