Chief Rabbi David Lau eulogized Rabbi Yisrael Rosen during his funeral in Gush Etzion.
Lau said that "Rabbi Rosen was involved in five different worlds. The first world was the world of Torah study starting while he walked the paths of Kerem BeYavneh. The second world was the world of action and the third world connected between the two worlds, harnessing technology with halakha. He also had a fourth world which was the public arena where he expressed his concern for the character of the state. Those who knew him knew that he had another facet as a father, husband, brother and grandfather and this was an entire world for him. Five worlds in which he lived and in each one he expressed G-d's song."
