Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has restricted the range of ballistic missiles manufactured in the country to 2,000 kilometers (1,240 miles), the head of the paramilitary Revolutionary Guard said on Tuesday, according to The Associated Press.
The restriction limits the missiles' reach to only regional Mideast targets, including Israel and American military bases in the region.
