Member of Knesset Motti Yogev (Jewish Home) said on Tuesday that he will join four other Knesset members from the Jewish Home and Likud parties in abstaining from voting with the coalition in the Knesset if Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu does not bring the necessary budget for defense components and bypass roads in Judea and Samaria up for approval next week.
The chairman of the subcommittee on Judea and Samaria affairs in the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee told bereaved families and the heads of the local authorities in the protest tent near the Prime Minister's Residence, "If the cabinet meeting on Sunday does not accept decisions that the budget is actually passing, then I too will have to be among those who go from the side of the talks and the efforts of years to get those sums, to join those who are simply starting to abstain from voting in the coalition."
