An inspector from the Civil Administration for Judea and Shomron's forest-monitoring unit seized a bulldozer owned by a Palestinian Authority resident which he saw engaged in illegal clearing in the area of the PA village of Sinjil near Route 60 in the Binyamin region on Sunday morning.
