Border Police officers stationed in Hevron on Thursday evening noticed a Palestinian Arab riding a bicycle who raised their suspicions.
An examination revealed that the bicycle he was riding was stolen from Tel Aviv and smuggled to Hevron. The Arab was arrested for questioning and the bicycle was confiscated.
