Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has signed agreements whereby forced infiltrators could be transferred to third countries.
The agreements are amendments of prior agreements with countries that would take the infiltrators only with the infiltrators' consent. That requirement has been removed. According to Monday-evening reports from the Prime Minister's Office, Netanyahu worked to amend the agreements with those countries during his visit to the United Nations. In view of the new situation, there is no legal impediment to indefinitely transferring any infiltrator who does not agree to leave Israel for those third countries to a holding facility and it is expected that this will lead to a very significant exit of infiltrators in the near future.
