A senior administration official has told the Yisrael Hayom newspaper that President Donald Trump intends to lay down a comprehensive political plan for Israel and the Palestinian Authority on the table and that "the sides will have to live with it," as he put it.
According to the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, "The plan will be presented to Israelis and Palestinians by the end of December 2017." He added that the president did not intend to enter into long negotiations with the parties as did his predecessor, Barack Obama.
