The protest by extreme haredi-religious elements against the military draft and draft-related arrests is taking place in two locations in Jerusalem.
Dozens of haredim are blocking Bar Lev Highway in both directions, as well as the route of the light rail. Kaplan Street, next to the Knesset compound, is closed to traffic due to protests by dozens of haredim.
