The Peace Now organization on Sunday evening welcomed the ruling of the Supreme Court which rejected the request of the residents of Nativ Ha'avot to saw parts of their homes built on private land instead of completely demolishing them.

"We welcome the verdict that defined an unequivocal red line for every Israeli citizen who tries to build on land that is not his own, and did not lend a hand to the futile attempt to change a final ruling," the organization said. "This is a victory for justice, as well as for the owners of the land who will receive part of their land after 17 years."
