2 youths indicted for rape of 16-yr-old at TA beach

An indictment was issued against 18-year-old Netanel Shraga and a 16-year-old minor from Tel Aviv for the rape of a 16-year-old girl last month near the Tzuk beach in Tel Aviv.

The minor is also being charged for threatening the victim.
