5 Jaffa residents and a Qalqilya chop shop owner were arrested on suspicion of plotting to commit a crime and on car theft charges.
The suspects are a Jaffa-based motorcycle theft ring, consisting of two youths and three minors, who allegedly located motorcycles, stole them and transferred them to PA-ruled territories for dismantling.
