Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit and State Prosecutor Shai Nitzan have called Police Commissioner Roni Alsheikh and sought to stand by him in the face of the criticism from Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu over leaks from corruption probes involving Netanyahu, according to Channel 2 Television.
The two reportedly told Alsheikh that he will receive full backing from them.
