The Consumer Price Index increased a tenth of a percent in September, according to the Central Bureau of Statistics.
Leading the increases were fresh vegetables at 7.9 percent, furniture and household equipment at half a percent, and housing and education services at four tenths of a percent. Housing was up two tenths of a percent. Notable decreases were culture and entertainment at 1.5 percent, clothing seven tenths of a percent.
