The Beer Sheva District Labor Court has ordered representatives from the management of Negev Ceramics (Negev Keramika in Hebrew) factory in Yeruham and employee leaders to enter into intensive negotiations and will meet again in court in 15 days.
The order was part of a ruling canceling the letters of hearing and dismissals sent to 140 employees at the factory.
