The Egyptian Foreign Ministry congratulated US president Donald Trump on his decision not to certify Iranian compliance with the nuclear agreement.
In the announcement, the ministry said that Egypt shares Trump's concern over Iranian policy which is "causing instability in the Middle East." The ministry added that Iran's policies affect the national security of the Gulf States as well as that of Egypt itself.
