Elkana: Second Hakafot in memory of Reuven Shmerling

The community of Elkana conducted second Hakafot in memory of Reuven Moti Shmerling HyD(May G-d avenge his blood), who was murdered on the eve of Sukkot by terrorists from Kafr Kassem.
