Elkana leader: Clear from the start it was terror

Chairman Assaf Mintzer of the Elkana local council has reacted to the arrest of two suspects in the murder of Reuven Shmerling by saying, "From the very first moment, it was clear to the family and the Elkana community that this was a cruel murder on the nationalistic side by evil people."
