The Tel Aviv District Court sentenced Moshe Ben-David (48) to 7 years in jail after he admitted and was convicted of plotting to commit a crime as well as carrying an illegal firearm and attempting to flee the country when he was released on bail.

Ben-David's son Shmuel (26) received a 6-month sentence and another accused person who was a minor also received a 6-month sentence.

Moshe Ben-David had a dispute with Mor Algrabli who lived adjacent to his Holon home and after he was shot at and assumed that Algrabli was responsible, he decided to take revenge.

Ben-David gave a weapon to other members of his gang and watched out for Algrabli. When he arrived at a traffic light, two of the gang members appeared on motorcycles and shot him six times, killing him on the spot.
