Before the winter session commences in the Knesset, haredi parties are getting ready to legislate a second time the Enlistment Law struck down by the Supreme Court a month ago.

Shas and UTJ explained that the new law will not include significant changes from the original law since "it represents the limits for the haredi leadership," said a senior source in UTJ.

"There will never be a deviation from the statement that whoever wishes to sit and learn Torah can do so. No alternative statement can be made by the haredi leadership," said the source.
